In the event of cancellation / postponement by the customer, the studio must be notified NO LATER than 48 hours prior to the session, otherwise any voucher purchased will become null and void. Vouchers are non-refundable.

The studio reserves the right to re-arrange times or dates at any notice.

Due to studio conditions, only two people including the voucher holder/confirmed customer will be allowed access unless prior arrangements are made. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access to the premises.

Upon confirmation of your booking, you will be given accurate directions and full address of the studio location.

No liability will be held by THE VOCAL BOOTH for loss or damage to customers' property.

Any breakages of studio equipment deemed the responsibility of the customer must be paid for.
